Our digestion process requires no additional enzymes or chemicals, and the only by-product produced is water vapour and C0 2 .The system is extremely user friendly and human intervention is minimal due to the high level of machine automation. 24 hour batch processing means that all you do is feed the waste at any time and collect the output.

Customised feed system to suit your needs. Shredder capability to reduce input to 12mm diameter. Pre-treatment tank - dual purpose of acting as a buffer tank whilst fermenting the feedstock into a slurry. Rotary drum that digests, dries and granulates material into fertiliser pellets. Wet scrubber odour control system. Microwave unit to sterilise output fertiliser. Screw conveyor unit to discharge fertiliser into a collection tray. Easy to use control panel that monitors and stores data to ensure the system runs smoothly. Online feature means you can monitor the system through your mobile, tablet or laptop and receive automatic updates.
